Sweet and Sour Meatballs

 

Most of us keep frozen meatballs on hand because there’s such a variety of ways to fix them. It seems someone invents a new version of the meatball after every major sporting event!  These are so good, they disappear fast.  So, be sure to make enough for everyone!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

You will need the following :

Crock Pot
Frozen Meatballs
1 large jar of Spaghetti  Sauce (your favorite brand)
1 can of jelly cranberry sauce
1 can of sauerkraut
1 cup brown sugar

The ‘cooking’ is by far the easiest part. Don’t let the words ‘cranberry sauce’ scare you…these are delicious!

Mix the brown sugar and sauerkraut together, add the cranberry sauce, followed by the spaghetti sauce. Add the meatballs and stir. Cover crockpot and cook on low for however long it takes the meatballs to thaw. Stir occasionally and have a taste now and then, because they are gone within minutes of being served!
