Easy French Dip Sandwiches

 

These sandwiches are a tradition in my house during football season. They look good on a platter and can be embellished if you need to with pickles or peppers. It’s a recipe that everyone loves, serves many, and is made in the crock pot so you can even cook this overnight if you needed to.

 

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

2-3 lbs beef sirloin or london broil, etc.
1 can Campbells Beef Consome’
I can Campbells French Onion Soup
I can water
Cook in crock pot for 5-6 hrs on high
or 8-10 hrs on low

Shred beef and serve with juice from the crock pot on yummy sandwich rolls. You’re supposed to dip the sandwich in the juice when eating, but I’m sure you all knew that. Makes alot!
