Making Jello shots is like making regular Jell-O, except you use alcohol instead of cold water. They are poured into shot glasses, tiny cups, or even giant syringes instead of bowls to set up and can be prepared one or two days in advance. Jello Shots

Jello shots are easy to make and great for parties. There are tons of flavors and variations however this recipe is a very nice-tasting example on how to do it!

1 package watermelon Jell-o
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Malibu® coconut rum

Mix hot water and Jello. Add rum. Pour into 2 ounce cups. Serve after the Jello has set.

Here are some other options:

Try 1 pack of strawberry Jello…add 1 cup boiling water and then add 1 cup banana liqueur. Or, take cherry and orange Jello and mix it together with Captain Morgan. How about pineapple Jello with coconut rum — you just can’t beat an instant pina colada. Be sure to top it with a small wedge of pineapple!
