Kahlua Cake Recipe
- 1 package Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
- 4 oz. (1 package) instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 pint (2 cups) Sour Cream
- 12 oz. Dark Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ cup Kahlua
- 2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Stir all ingredients except chocolate chips by hand until thoroughly mixed. Fold in chips by hand. Spread into a greased and floured (or, instead of flour, use powdered chocolate) bundt or angel cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven (Cooking time will vary with condition; sometimes it takes as long as 65 minutes). Remove and let cool.
