Peanut butter fudge is an all time family favorite around here and we make it year ’round. However, on Valentine’s Day, we make several batches to hand out to friends and neighbors.
This easy peanut butter fudge recipe is child friendly as well as delicious. There’s such little clean-up involved you’ll barely notice you’ve been in the kitchen!

You will need:

Medium, heavy saucepan
8 x 8 pan
enough softened butter to butter pan lightly
wooden spoon

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2/tsp. vanilla
1-1/3 cups peanut butter
1 jar marshmallow cream ( 7 oz. size )

Bring sugar and milk to a boil in heavy saucepan; boil for 3 minutes. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and marshmallow cream, blend well. Pour immediately into prepared pan, chill until set.

Cut into squares, serve and enjoy!
