This easy avocado dip is but one of many that’s not only tasty, but simple to make and serve, leaving you time to make more food or sneak a peek at the game.
So many recipes can be made a day or so ahead of the game. If you can, take advantage of those.

Add this recipe to your menu and give it a try..the worst thing that will happen is you’ll eat it all before your guests arrive!

Super Bowl Appetizers: Easy Avocado Dip Recipe

You will need:

Food Processor or electric mixer and medium mixing bowl

4 ripe avocados
3/4 cup herbs, packed and chopped fine ( like cilantro, basil, parsley )
2 Tbs lime juice ( substitute lemon )

1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Cut avocados in half and pit them…scoop avocado from skin and place in processor or bowl.

Add herbs, lime juice, chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Blend until smooth. Or, place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix with electric mixer on low until smooth. Pour into serving bowl.

Chill for an hour, then serve with your favorite snackers. It is really that easy!
