The chicken salad spread recipe below looks every bit as good as it tastes ( remember to garnish ) and can be made a day ahead, freeing up your time so you might enjoy the party too! Give it a try!

You will need :

Medium bowl
Small bowl
Serving bowl

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1-1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 can chicken, drained ( substitute tuna )
1/3 cup minced sweet onion
1/4 cup roasted red pepper ( small jar is fine )
1/4 cup finely chopped green olives
1 Tbs chopped chives
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh, chopped parsley for garnish


Blend cream cheese, ranch dressing, and mustard together until smooth.
Place chicken in medium bowl and shred with a fork.

Add olives, peppers, onion, chives and cream cheese mixture. Blend well with spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in serving bowl, garnish with parsley and enjoy with your favorite snackers!

Note: This is wonderful on celery!
