You will need :
Large, DEEP skillet with cover
Serving bowl
Ladle

1# ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 cup washed and sliced mushrooms
1 red or green bell pepper, diced

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

3 cups Rotini pasta, uncooked
3-1/2 cups warm water
1 large jar spaghetti sauce ( 26 oz. size )
Fresh parsley ( optional )

Directions:

Add beef to skillet and cook on medium heat until no longer pink, drain off grease. Add onions and seasonings and cook on med. low until onions are soft.
Add Rotini and water, stir well and add spaghetti sauce.
Bring to a boil on med. high, then reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 15-18 minutes. Stir every five minutes or so.

Add mushrooms and bell pepper, cook 5-7 minutes more; stir often.
Ladle into serving dish, sprinkle all cheese on top, garnish with fresh parsley (if desired) and serve .
