Try this delicious, super easy, extra delicious cheese ball recipe below…and let the kids help!

You will need :

Large bowl
Wax paper
Electric mixer

1# grated cheddar cheese ( I use medium sharp )
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
8 oz. pkg.cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely grated onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped, drained green olives ( optional )
1-1/2 cups flavored potato chips ( crushed well )

Directions:

All cheese should be at room temp. Place in bowl and mix on low with electric mixer. Add all seasonings, mix again for a few seconds, then blend in half cup of crushed chips.

Remove from bowl and place on wax paper. Use your hands to shape into a ball, then roll in remaining potato chips. Place covered ball in refrigerator. Allow to sit overnight if possible..if not, chill for at least 4 hours.
