Small spatula

2 squares unsweetened chocolate ( 2 ounces )

3/4 cup chopped pecans ( substitute walnuts )

Melt chocolate completely on very low heat…stir constantly, it doesn’t take long. Remove from heat and stir in condensed ( not evaporated ) milk, pecans and coconut. Add vanilla or almond extract if using.
Use a teaspoon to drop mix on to cookie sheet. Place in oven and turn oven OFF immediately…let candy stay in oven at least 15 minutes. It will have a glazed look when done. Remove from cookie sheet with small spatula and cool completely before serving or storing. Enjoy!
