As a family of chicken lovers, we really enjoy trying out all the new recipes, especially if we can put a meal together in less than an hour. Some recipes we love, some we adjust to our liking.That’s the beauty of cooking…you make what you and your family enjoy!
Below is one of our favorites…there’s never any leftovers with this unique flavor.Try this sometime when you want a great meal and you’re short on time!

You will need:

9 x 13 baking pan
small saucepan
basting / pastry brush
cooking spray ( We use Pam )

8 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2-1/2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs lime juice
3/4 tsp paprika
black pepper, seasoning salt (to taste)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400*
Lightly coat baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix ingredients (except chicken) in a saucepan and cook on low until honey is melted.

Put chicken breast-side-up in the baking dish and baste with honey mixture. Bake uncovered about 35 – 40 minutes; basting liberally 3-4 times without turning chicken.
Immediately after removing from oven, seal baking dish tightly with tin foil and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Place on serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley or thin slices of lime if desired. Enjoy with your favorite side dishes and a salad…fantastic!
