If you’re looking for an easy, delicious and unusual dip to serve at your parties, or simply like to have dips on hand for snacking, give this healthy, hummus based dip a try. Ready in minutes, and child friendly if you let the little ones layer the dip. Very little clean-up involved, too!

‘You will need:

9 or 10 ” pie pan
small spatula

2 pkg Hummus ( 7 oz size )
1 medium/large tomato, finely diced
3/4 cup cucumber, finely diced
1/3 cup sliced pitted black olives
4-6 oz pkg crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbs onion…diced fine ( optional )

Directions:

Spread hummus onto bottom of pie plate with spatula
Layer remaining ingredients on top…it is that simple!
Serve with favorite crackers, pita chips and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
