Ever have one of those days where everything goes wrong, breaks, or something keeps you from your daily tasks, but you still have to put food on the table? If you need a quick, easy and nutritional breakfast, lunch or dinner give this recipe a try! As a bonus, clean up is minimal and the recipe is kid friendly!
You will need:
9-10″ glass pie pan
Mixer and large bowl
Cooking spray ( we use Pam )
1 & 1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup Bisquick
1/4 Cup butter, melted
3 Cups shredded cheese ( your choice )
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Meat of your choice, mushrooms, onions, spinach, broccoli. Saute’ before adding to mix.
Preheat oven to 375*
Grease pie pan with cooking spray
Blend milk, eggs, butter and Bisquick with mixer on medium high. Add cheese and stir with spoon. Pour into pie pan Bake at 375* degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit about 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve with toast, biscuits or bread of your choice and enjoy!
Tip: To double recipe use 9 “x13″ glass baking dish instead of 2 pie pans.
