A simple, child friendly fruit dip is a great way to treat the kids after school. Let them make the *dip* while you slice the fruit. Relax and enjoy before homework time!
You will need:
3 Cups sour cream
1/3 Cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/tsp vanilla or almond extract
In a medium mixing bowl, mix sour cream and brown sugar with a spoon. You need to make sure there are no lumps of sugar in the mix…that’s all there is to it! Add cinnamon or other flavors of your choosing if desired. Serve right away or chill for awhile.. goes well in a fruit salad, too !
