What … you say! Well if you’re a blue cheese lover and haven’t yet tried these, you might want to grab the muffin pan and get busy. Caveat: this muffin could be addicting!
The golden exterior and the melted cheese make these muffins hard to resist.

You will need:

Muffin pan
Large bowl
Small bowl
Wooden or plastic large spoon

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 TBS sugar
1 TBS baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Cup milk
1/4/Cup butter ( melted )
1 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400*

Butter 2-1/2” muffin cups.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese.
In small bowl, combine egg, milk and butter until blended.
Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
Spoon into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan, serve warm with any meal, and enjoy!
