below is a recipe for a mild seasoning rub for those that don’t care for a lot of spice. It’s a simple, economical and great tasting way to add just a little something different to your meats, poultry and seafood.

You will need
Small jar with tight fitting lid
Measuring spoons

1 Tbs dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 Tbs dried chives ( chopped fine )

Mix all ingredients in a small jar. Rub on meat, poultry or seafood and let marinate for 4-6 hours.
