Pina Colada Smoothie



This drink is perfect if you are in hurry to start your day and don’t have time for a proper breakfast. It’s also a treat when you just want to pretend you’re lying on the beach with a little umbrella sticking out of your drink!

Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana
1/4 cup ice cubes
Pineapple wedges, for garnish

Optional: 2 tsp. honey, 1/4 orange juice

Directions:
In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge.
