I know that Emeril has an amazing recipe for Broccoli and Cauliflower au Gratin and this is quite similar with a few tweaks. I guess this can recipe can be called a ‘casserole’ but it’s so much more then that!
This recipe is lovely and creamy and really a pretty dish. And the good news is that you can assemble it earlier in the day, and bake it in time for dinner!

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3 green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
1 T Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
