Fruit Gazpacho

Fruit Gazpacho Recipe

You will need:

  • large bowl
  • large spoon
  • measuring cups
  • child or 2 (optional)


  • 1 cup seedless sliced grapes
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • Add 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper


Add all ingredients in bowl, stir gently. Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate.

Serve in soup or salad bowl with your favorite beverage for a delicious and healthy snack or dessert.
