Fudge doesn’t get much easier than this. My dear friend Merley introduced me to this quick and delicious chocolate treat and we make it quite often now. Clean up is so simple! Here’s the recipe!
You will need:
- Large microwavable bowl
- Large pan
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter (melted)
- 3 cups of sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- Chocolate chips
- 7 – 8 oz. Marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Melt the butter and add the sugar and evaporated milk.
Heat for 3 minutes and then stir.
Heat for 2 minutes and stir.
Heat for 3 minutes and stir.
Heat for 2 1/2 minutes.
Remember microwaves vary and this will be hot … so take precautions. It’s well worth it!
Remove from microwave and stir in 12 chocolate chips, marshmallow and vanilla.
Pour into a pan and when cool, cut into 2″ squares.
