Need a spicy and delicious dip? Try Linda’s Buffalo Chicken Dip … it’s also known as “crack” dip, so don’t expect any leftovers! The recipe is below.
You will need :
- Large saucepan
- Medium saucepan
- 13 x 9 baking dish
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 Small bottle Franks Buffalo Hot Chick Wing Sauce (substitute with Texas Pete)
- 2 – 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 – 8 oz. Bottle Blue Cheese dressing
- 1 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Boil Chicken in large saucepan until done. Cool, shred and add wing sauce, mix well.
On stove melt cream cheese on low and add blue cheese dressing.
Put chicken mixture in 13 X 9 pan and spread out. Pour cream cheese mix over the chicken mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and continue to bake until the cheese is melted.
Serve with your choice of tortilla chips or dippers and enjoy!
