Family History of Alcoholism May Increase Risk of Obesity

Washington University recently published a study that examined the addiction and think link between other conditions in America and found that people with parents or other family members who suffered from alcoholism were much more likely to become obese than those who did not.

Organic Beef Recalled Due to E. Coli

Possible Carcinogen Found in Tap Water

In a recent study from the non-profit Environmental Working Group, many US cities may contain unhealthy levels of a known carcinogen called hexavalen chromium. The type of water contamination was made famous by the movie “Erin Brockovich”.
