Hard to believe BBQ season is almost over! Being a hard core BBQ fan, I manage to keep a few year ’round recipe’s on hand, though. I love grilling veggies on the BBQ. Sometimes we just throw a bunch of cut veggies in a grilling basket and add a wee bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper but other times we want a bit more, like these BBQ Veggie Kabobs.
