Parmesan Paste ( Rub )

This Italian paste ( rub ) is a wonderful addition to any meat, especially pork. Store in airtight container (non metal ) in the fridge and add to meat a couple of hours before using. This has a strong garlic flavor, so if you or your family don’t care for it, simply cut back on the amount. Try this rub on any non prepared meat you’re grilling this labor day weekend!

Fajita Marinade

Well sure you could buy a package of marinade spices at the grocery store or you could step out and make your own! I use this for both chicken and beef and let me tell you, it is pretty great if I say so myself!

Fajita Marinade

In my opinion, good fajitas start with a good marinade. This recipe gives you just enough flavor for your fajitas with out being too strong. And remember, the longer you can marinate the meat, the better!
