The clean-up is minimal and this is a recipe you can play with, i.e, add nuts, etc…or use almond extract instead of vanilla. It’s all trial and error..I once used melted butterscotch chips instead of peanut butter and can assure you…do not go there!
Give this old stand-by a try…easy, fast and delicious. I’ll even let you borrow my friend’s delusion…the two minute cooking time cooks out all the calories!

Pumpkin Pie Fudge

It’s pumpkin season! Fall season is the favorite time of year for so many people and I think it has to do with the abundance and aroma of apple and pumpkin pies being baked throughout the neighborhoods. You can barely walk a block around here without smelling a fresh baked pie or perhaps cookies or pumpkin bread. It’s a good thing that aroma’s do not have calories!
